We have been testing Santa Cruz there just week before see http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/7619280/ North Shore Extreme series not in a list? Ok, then I have to vote for The Collective. 
About drainage - there is no big problem with it,we rode there after all night rain with no mud there,trail is very rocky with minimum soil-no errosion etc. More fun was in a forest part with lot of mud and sliding anaconda roots.
